Used- 2' x 2' Alar "Auto-Vac" Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter System. Drum measures 2' diameter x 2' long. Model Auto-Vac 220. Carbon steel drum. With motorized advancing knife discharge. On base with poly tank and .3 HP Lightnin Agitator drive, shaft and prop, 5 HP Atlantic Fluidics Vacuum Pump and receiver pump. Filter agitator with .3 HP drive. .5 HP drum drive gear reduced, chain driven with guard. Unit looks to be in good condition.

Drum driven by an approximate .4hp, 1750 rpm gear motor, 288 to 1 ratio. Dry solids discharge with adjustable knife. Bottom holding tank with rake agitator, driven by a .33hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1140rpm motor. Receiver tank with pump, pump driven by a 1-1/2hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 3450rpm motor. Control panel with Allen Bradley SLC PLC. Total connected horsepower 13. All unitized on a common carbon steel frame. Serial# 13121.

Used ALAR AV360 Industrial Wastewater Filter System

Used Alar Engineering Corporation Auto-Vac, Model 360. Mid-sized, skid-mounted rotary vacuum drum precoat filter designed for industrial wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering applications. The system operates by drawing liquid through a filter aid media using a non-segmented drum design, enabling high-efficiency solids separation and capturing particles down to approximately 0.5 to 1 micron. The unit features a 3' diameter by 6' long stainless steel drum with a nominal filtering area of 56.5 sq. ft. and is engineered for durable, corrosion-resistant performance in demanding process environments. Total connected power is 20 HP. The system is additionally equipped with (2) 3,000-gallon holding tanks, a 2-stage pump, and a spare pump, providing operational redundancy and continuous processing capability. Approximate shipping weight is 6,200#, with a maximum system height of 8 6" and an overall skid footprint of 9'-0" wide by 16'-8" long.
